YOUR EXPERIENCE
During COVID-19, our services are ONLY available by appointment. Please arrive at minimum 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to complete consent forms, change, and most importantly, relax.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you the best we can without disrupting other clients’ appointments. In some cases, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel or re-schedule an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that we can make our rooms and aestheticians available for other clients.

There are no refunds or exchanges on services, pre-paid packages, and/or products.

Pam is Canadian Board certified in aesthetic medicine who believes knowledge is power.
She says "FAMILY PRACTICE IS MY PRIDE AND AESTHETIC MEDICINE IS MY PASSION". Pam has more than 25 yrs experience in medical field. She is a family health practitioner and runs a solo family practice and is also a medical director for aesthetic medicine.

Fozia is our Clinic Manager and Medical Aesthetician, specializing in Laser hair removal and other skin procedures.
She has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has a passion for correcting skin concerns, placing great emphasis on providing personalized medical aesthetic treatments.
